How To Make Your Home Smarter for $1,000 (or less)

After experiencing this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this year I have become absolutely fascinated by smart home technology. In fact, as soon as I got home I ordered the Sengled Pulse, which is a light bulb that also plays music. (Bright idea, amirite?!)

This month I had the opportunity to represent my company, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, on a special Smart Home segment on NBC’s Open House NYC at this gorgeous home in Montville NJ.

I can’t say enough nice things about the production team from NBC and I am incredibly grateful to our VP of Brand Engagement, David Marine for allowing me to have the opportunity to represent our brand on TV. Take a look and see how you can make your home “smart” for $1000 with products from Nest, Lutron, Sengled and August.
